The Mowing Man LLC, will work with you to assess your Lawn Care needs and develop a lawn maintenance program that will keep it looking like a healthy lawn should and is a beautiful green lawn.

Lawn Care Maintenance programs require a 12-month contract with us. The contract will specify the services to be performed and ensure priority scheduling.

Our lawn care maintenance programs consist of the following services:

    * Residential
    * Commercial

    Lawn Treatment Schedule: (Optional)

    * March: Crab Grass Pre-emergent; fertilizer
    * May: Fertilizer
    * June: Broadleaf weed control plus fertilizer; grub control
    * August: Low nitrogen / high iron fertilizer
    * September: Core aeration, overseeding, fertilizer
    * November: Fertilizer
    * December: Winterize
