The Mowing Man LLC will work with you to assess your lawn's needs and develop a lawn maintenance program that will keep it looking healthy and beautiful.

Lawn maintenance programs require a 12-month contract with us. The contract will specify the services to be performed and ensure priority scheduling.

Lawn Treatment Schedule:

    * March: Crab Grass Pre-emergent; fertilizer
    * May: Fertilizer
    * June: Broadleaf weed control plus fertilizer; grub control
    * August: Low nitrogen / high iron fertilizer
    * September: Core aeration, overseeding, fertilizer
    * November: Fertilizer
    * December: Winterize
